Shipping/Receiving: Warehouse Associate
The ideal candidate for our Warehouse Associate position is an individual who functions effectively individually as well as part of a team, is self-motivated and detail oriented, as well as possesses great customer service and teamwork skills.
Job Description:
- Preparing shipments and associated documentation on both FedEx and UPS automated machines, including preparing international documents for international shipments
- Receiving shipments/materials and delivering throughout the company
- Gathering items from the warehouse to stage for shipping together with proper packing of delicate instruments and larger bulky items
- Maintain shipment records, recording as needed, including inventory status
- On occasion, driving of company van either in NJ or NY
Core Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ related experience preferably in logistics/warehousing
- Valid driver license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Computer skills (light knowledge of Excel and Word as well as good typing skills)
- Ability to complete general light building maintenance
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of International Shipping Documentation
- Forklift experience
- Maintenance (experience with various hand tools, or knowledge of any trade)

The anticipated salary range for the position is $21.00-$23.50 per hour.
