Sales/Marketing: Marketing & Media Specialist
The ideal candidate for our Marketing & Media Specialist will support marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support global marketing objectives. This role blends creative development, social media strategy, content production, and technical digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and analytically minded, with experience managing social platforms, supporting brand campaigns, and collaborating cross‑functionally with creative, production, and clinical marketing teams. We see this as a key starting position in our growing marketing department.
Job Description:
- Develop, track, analyze, and report organic and paid social media performance to optimize ad strategies
- Assist in influencer marketing efforts, including search, relationship building, proposals and campaign brief creation
- Provide daily engagement support across social platforms, including monitoring comments, responding to direct messages, sharing stories, and identifying engagement opportunities
- Support production of high‑quality video and photo content for promotional campaigns, testimonials, social media, and other marketing channels
- Contribute to creative planning, including ideation, storyboarding, and collaboration with production team
- Produce and edit videos for tradeshows, sleep screens, ads, congress hall displays, and other brand initiatives
- Assist with UX/UI design tasks, including website mockups and graphic design support
- Support development of additional brand creative assets and select media design responsibilities to help streamline creative workload
- Support email marketing production using Canva’s email coding tools and assist with design tasks in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and other creative platforms
Core Requirements:
- Bachlor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising preferred or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 2 years of demonstrated experience with design software including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience working effectively and professionally as part of a team with the capacity to work both rapidly and meticulously
- Demonstrated creativity as well as project management and visual design skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Flexible availability for weekend social media coverage, including stories, reposting, and live event content
Desired:
- Experience in medical, aesthetics, sales, or marketing industry
- Bilingual or multilingual and photography knowledge would be advantageous

The anticipated salary range for the position is $60,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
