Project Coordinator – Data Management

An ideal candidate for our Project Coordinator – Data Management position is a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines. The right individual is highly organized with exceptional time management and critical thinking skills, flexible, possesses strong communication and presentation skills, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Support the Data Management team by coordinating the data management operations on designated projects including monitoring and communicating project progress to the internal and external project teams
  • Maintain project documentation ensuring all applicable documents and databases are updated while adhering to the project specifications
  • Schedule and request data transfers, imports, and exports to support project roadmaps and meet timelines
  • Prepare suggested workflows for the data management team based on the data collected including resource allocations
  • Utilize database programs and run queries on the data to both sort and organize the data
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings and contribute to the development of departmental processes and procedures

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Experience in using Project Management Tools like ClickUp
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills with the ability to multitask between projects simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable with project management life cycle

Desired Requirements:

  • Digital photography knowledge is advantageous
