Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our product management team who will help drive product and service usage and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is detail-oriented, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

 Job Description:

  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Identify business opportunities and develop proposals to improve product positioning in the marketplace
  • Support and drive engagement with clients in partnership with our sales teams
  • Develop ideas for initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze client data (e.g., client usage data, market data) to identify strengths and weakness of solutions
  • Expert for all product metrics in area of ownership including tracking trends, identifying impact of new features, and performing thorough reviews and analyses of the competitive landscape
  • Define needs for marketing collateral and work with product management and marketing to ensure implementation
  • Help train new clients and sales representatives on technical product information
  • Detect and report customer issues that are impacting product usage and critical to fix

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-2 years related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interact with prospects and clients as well as cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites on 5-15% basis, will vary by month

Desired:

  • Experience in the medical or aesthetic field is a plus 
  • Technical aptitude in dealing with computer hardware and software products
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
