Clinical Systems Customer Support Associate

An ideal candidate for our Clinical Systems Customer Support Associate has high technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and performs productively in a fast-paced work environment. 

Job Description:

  • Answer, log in or route incoming calls for clinical system customers
  • Provide Tier-1 troubleshooting and support for medical photography systems (both 2D and 3D), clinical software, web portal, and computers
  • Provide support for in-house software systems used to create and monitor clinical studies
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing for medical photography systems to ensure correct study-specific configuration/performance prior to deployment
  • Assist with study initiation procedures for the project teams, performing quality control checks on PowerPoint presentations, shipments, special projects, and data entry
  • Assist with study close-out procedures for the project team preforming internal audits, complying with all end of study deliverables, and preparing the study for archival
  • Inventory management of study-specific supplies
  • Assist the Clinical Team Leaders and Director of Clinical Services in maintaining departmental record

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a technical field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with technical aptitude
  • Effective communication skills providing the ability to efficiently interact with both internal and external customers
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and think “outside-the-box”


  • IT or technical consulting experience is a plus
  • Photography knowledge/background is advantageous
