Business Development: Administrative Associate - Business Development
An ideal candidate for our Administrative Associate - Business Development department is an individual who is detail oriented, self-motivated with a high level of administrative experience, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, is a team player, and performs productively in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Description:
- Support the department with organization, calendar and event management
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain business development leads and client information
- Assist in study initiation activities to ensure a smooth transition from the business development team to the clinical services team
- Implement routine follow-ups on all outstanding proposals and amendments
- Maintain paper and electronic files of contracts, CDAs, and quotes
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years demonstrated administrative experience
- Expert level knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365
- Solid communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and works well within a team environment
Desired:
- Experience assisting in Business Development efforts would be advantageous

The anticipated salary range for the position is $23.00-$28.00 per hour. This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
