Administration: Receptionist
An ideal candidate for our Receptionist position is an individual who is flexible, has experience interacting directly with clients, possesses strong communication skills, performs productively in a fast-paced work environment, and is a team player.
Job Description:
- Manage a high-volume multi-line switchboard directing calls, including gathering technical, clinical, and product information
- Greet visitors and guests upon arrival and assist accordingly
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and monitor incoming email inquiries, redirecting as required
- Maintain conference room schedules and conference room preparation/support
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, order supplies, and prepare shipping documentation and materials
- Provide second-tier support for corporate event and travel planning
Core Requirements:
- Associate degree or two years’ work experience
- Flexible to accommodate a rotating shift
- Demonstrated experience in answering multi-line switchboard in a professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Professional demeanor including verbal and written communication skills
- Organized self-starter with strong time management and customer service skills
Desired:
- Experience in technology or customer service field is preferred
- Digital photography knowledge is advantageous
