Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist to support customers in learning and successfully using our imaging and skin analysis solutions, with a primary focus on the VISIA® CRP platform. This role is responsible for customer onboarding, equipment training, product demonstrations, and ongoing user education to help customers maximize the value of their investment. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, teaching new technologies, and building confidence in users through effective training and support. This individual will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Job Description:

  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers both in an individual and group setting
  • Deliver onboarding and training programs for VISIA® CRP systems
  • Educate customers on equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and best practices as well as train users on image capture techniques and software workflows
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to help customers maximize system utilization including assisting customers with routine hardware, software, and workflow questions
  • Support customer installations, software upgrades, and training sessions both remotely and on-site
  • Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, and educational resources while staying current on product updates, enhancements, and training requirements
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer training, technical support, product support, healthcare technology, or a related customer-facing role
  • Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Willingness to travel (about 10-15%) to customer sites, conferences, and training events

Desired:

  • Experience training users on software, equipment, or technology products, photography, imaging equipment, or image-based software applications
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience working directly with customers in a support, education, or training role

The anticipated salary range for the position is $65,000.00-$90,000.00 This is dependent upon consideration of multiple factors when determining a base salary such as a candidate’s experience, education, and current market conditions.
