Technical Specialist
Canfield Scientific Europe is a young division of Canfield Scientific in the United States. Canfield’s goal in Europe, the Middle East and Africa is to grow our business through promotion of our products and services throughout the region.
Canfield seeks a colleague to act as the Technical Specialist - and in addition provide Technical Support, (telephone, internet and on-site) for our customers on all of Canfield’s state-of-the-art imaging systems.
Responsibilities (summary) include but are not limited to:
European point-of-contact for WB360 customers for all things Technical and work with colleagues to support these customers;
Planning, Installation & Training of Canfield’s full range of imaging systems including the WB360;
On-site and remote Trouble-shooting and Technical Support for all products in the Canfield portfolio while maintaining communications with US/German teams about status, updates and notices regarding Canfield systems;
Perform repairs on-site and at Canfield of imaging systems (short-term notice possible) Collaborate with colleagues to maintain/develop contribute to, knowledge-resources for the European organization(s);
Organize, monitor and maintain software packages for BV and local distribution;
Training & Support of Canfield distributors;
Participate and assist in office-related activities as necessary;
Weekday & weekend travel as required.
