Image Analysis Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate for our Image Analysis Project Coordinator position is an individual with interest in 2D and 3D digital photography and imaging project management.  The right candidate will have strong organizational and communication abilities, works well both individually and as part of a team, who performs productively in a fast-paced work environment, and is a proactive self-starter.

Job Description:  

  • Plan all aspects of image analysis projects including estimation, setup, status review, updating key stakeholders on project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Test and validate analysis methodologies and image analysis software
  • Prepare, present, and maintain department documentation as well as training materials for each project
  • Preform high quality clinical image processing and analysis using determined methodologies and quality control procedures
  • Liaise with multiple teams on the projects to ensure specifications have not changed and timelines are met, communicating expectations
  • Support team members identifying workloads, new project distribution, and communicating analysis to end users in a variety of methods (presentations, meetings, reports, etc.)
  • Serve as a backup for the Image Analysis Technicians

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years work experience
  • At least 1 year project coordination experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Knowledgeable of image analysis methods and data analytics
  • Motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities

Desired:

  • Strong scientific and mathematical aptitude
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Digital camera/photography experience is advantageous
