From PA TURNPIKE WESTBOUND

• Take Exit 266 (PA-72 Lebanon-Lancaster).
• Turn left onto Route 72 North/Lebanon Road.
• Follow "Hershey" signs to Route 322 West.
• Continue on Route 322 West, approximately 12 miles to the traffic light in front of Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
• Turn left onto University Drive and follow signs to University Physicians Center.

From PA TURNPIKE EASTBOUND

• Take Exit 247 (Harrisburg East).
• Follow Route 283 North approximately 1 mile.
• Bear Right and exit onto 322 East (towards Hershey).
• Continue on Route 322 East for 10 miles.
• To stay on Route 322 at the outskirts of Hershey, take the first exit at the Hershey/Hummelstown cloverleaf.
• Turn right at the second traffic light onto University Drive and follow signs to University Physicians Center.

From LANCASTER

• Take Route 283 to the Elizabethtown-Hershey exit (Route 743 North).
• Continue North for approximately 7 miles.
• At the traffic light with the PNC and Giant Grocery store, bear left onto Fishburn Road.
• On Fishburn Road, turn left at the first traffic light onto Governor Road/Route 322 West (at Don's Pier Restaurant).
• Turn left at the second traffic light onto University Drive and follow signs to University Physicians Center.

From LEBANON

• Follow Route 422 West through Hershey.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto University Drive (Friendly's Family Restaurant will be on your right and Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center signs will be on your left).
• Continue straight at the next traffic light and follow signs to University Physicians Center.

From DUNCANNON / PERRY COUNTY

• Take Route 22-322 East.
• Follow signs for Hazelton-Allentown North on I-81.
• Take Junction 83 South (towards York) for approximately 2 miles.
• Follow the signs to Hershey / 322 East.
• Continue on Route 322 East for 10 miles.
• To stay on Route 322 at the outskirts of Hershey, take the first exit at the Hershey/ Hummelstown cloverleaf.
