Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a team-oriented candidate with the ambition and self-motivation to grow within the marketing department. The Product Marketing Manager will assist with new product development and market definition as well as post launch product marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced work environment, possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills, is goal oriented, and works well independently.

Job Description:

New Product/Market Definition

  • Interact with users to gain a deep understanding of needs, document, and represent those needs to internal stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities, including defining and prioritizing customer segments as well as the relevant competitive set
  • Assist with pricing analysis
  • Conduct market research, monitor, identify, analyze, and assess competitive products
  • Assist with writing product requirements, user scenarios, and successfully document product concept ideas and design rationale
  • Identify and propose feature extensions for flagship products

Product Marketing

  • Develop competitive analysis information for the sales and distributor channel teams
  • Propose & support revenue generating sales programs
  • Develop and communicate the global sales plans for the direct sales and distributor channel teams, including customer messaging, sales tools, and training materials to reduce the sales cycle and improve the sales closure rate
  • Develop and maintain product results reporting and periodically present a status dashboard for all products to the product management team
  • Contribute to product launch program plans

Core Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or other relevant field and 5 years’ work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with ability to build rapport
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to travel both domestic and internationally (15%)


  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) is a plus
  • Technical aptitude in dealing with computer hardware and software products as we sell technology products to technology buyers using sophisticated tools
  • Experience in the medical or aesthetic field
