Customer Education and Training Manager

We are looking for a Customer Education and Training Manager to organize, plan, and execute training sessions for our industry partners and customers. The Customer Education & Training Manager will deliver training support to our strategic industry partners, international distributors, and corporate customers in a variety of different formats. Training is essential for enabling our partners’ success!  A typical training session may include topics such as how to master using our imaging products and technology, using imaging products for marketing and business building purposes, and integrating imaging products and technology into aesthetic and skincare consultations

Job Description:

  • Determine training needs with marketing, product management, and account coordinators
  • Design effective training programs for strategic account partners and customers
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, PowerPoint presentations, reference guides, and videos
  • Conduct online trainings, webinars, seminars, workshops, individual in-person training sessions, etc. to new employees, distributors, and global customers
  • Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs
  • Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs and conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement in training process
  • Establish convenient and accessible training schedules and delivery methods for global partners
  • Create high quality deliverables within project budget and policy deadlines


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Education, or other relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Great organization and time management as well as excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Staying abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Knowledge of skincare and retail environment
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Ability to lift equipment (45lbs)
  • Willingness to travel both domestic and internationally (25%)


  • Having a Cosmetology or an Esthetic’s license is advantageous
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) is a plus
