Error: HASP driver not found
This can usually be resolved by downloading and installing the latest HASP driver.
Error: HASP driver not found
- Download and install the latest HASP driver.
- Go into the BIOS setup and set the LPT port to EPP or ECP+EPP.
Error: Attempting to gain write access to database
- Usually the result of a digital camera with incorrect time/date setting.
- Set the date and time on your digital camera.
- Use the "Import Images" tool (found in the "Capture" menu) instead of a camera-specific import tool. You may need to locate the source image folder by using the "Find Images" button or the "Directory" button (check "Save directory setting" to remember the source folder).
- Upgrade to version 6.1 or higher of your Canfield software. The "Import Images" tool has been updated to better handle invalid dates.
- Due to limitations in the FAT32 file system, this error may occur when the number of images in a database approaches 10,000. Upgrade to Windows 2000 or Windows XP Pro and switch from FAT32 to NTFS. As a workaround, you may create a new database with a different image folder.
