Clinical Project Manager

Job Description: 

The Clinical Project Manager will manage designated projects ensuring that customer service, quality, and timelines are met. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing clinical study images to ensure compliance of the photographic protocol. The individual will plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trial programs. The candidate will be trained to assess images of various dermatological conditions and develop the study user manual as well as communicate the content to all team members. This person will prepare supply shipments to study sites, identify data issues, follow through with query resolution, and trouble shoot photographic/imaging equipment problems. Strong customer service element, including conducting training / presentations to clients

An ideal candidate is an individual who works well in a team environment, is experienced in Microsoft Office, has strong organizational and communication skills, is willing to travel, and works well within a fast-paced work environment.

Core Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years work experience or 4+ years work experience
• Pharmaceutical background, preferably with clinical studies knowledge
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented, flexible, and works well within a team environment
• Must possess strong presentation, communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving and time-management skills
• Should be someone with professional drive and a sense of ownership for their work
