3D Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a 3D Software Engineer with very strong C++ skills to join our experienced and dedicated group of R&D-related software developers. This person will work on the team responsible for developing and deploying 3D-based, cutting-edge, medical imaging software products in conjunction with our R&D group.

The ideal candidate is someone who performs productively in a fast-paced work environment, is well organized, works well independently and as part of a team, has great communication skills, is passionate about their work, has a strong desire to grow professionally, and possesses an eagerness to be part of a dynamic group of focused and creative individuals.

Core Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Imaging Science, Optical Science, Physics, Biophysics, Mathematics, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years solid commercial application development experience using C++
  • Strong math skills
  • Experience working with 3D graphics strongly preferred (OpenGL, DirectX, Direct3D)
Desired:
  • Experience with computer vision
  • Qt (Trolltech)
  • GPU programming
  • Gaming experience
  • Algorithmic development/research experience
